Cancellation Policy

By registering for this Seminar, I confirm that my registration is only accepted once full payment is received and approved by the Organizers; I agree that all fees must be paid in full at the time of booking and that I am responsible for accurate payment and registration details; I understand that pricing is final upon payment and may include early or late registration differences with no retroactive adjustments; I confirm that I meet all eligibility requirements including age, rank, and experience, and accept that failure to meet these may result in removal without refund; I acknowledge that cancellations are final, with limited credit possible if requested at least 7 days in advance, and no refunds or credits within 7 days or for no-shows; I understand that registration transfers may be permitted with approval at least 48 hours in advance and only if the replacement participant meets all requirements; I accept that the Organizers may cancel, reschedule, or modify the Seminar and that refunds or credits will only be issued in such cases at their discretion; I agree to arrive on time and understand that late arrival or missed participation does not qualify for refund or credit; I agree to follow all rules and maintain respectful conduct, understanding that failure to do so may result in removal without refund; I confirm that I am physically able to participate, will follow all safety guidelines, and accept responsibility for my health and well-being; I accept responsibility for my equipment and personal belongings and understand that the Organizers are not liable for any loss or damage; I consent to the use of my image, video, or likeness for promotional purposes without compensation; I acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with participation and agree that the Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage; I understand that my personal information will be used only for event administration and related purposes; I agree that this Policy is governed by the applicable laws of the Province and Canada; I understand that if any part of this Policy is found invalid, the remaining sections will still apply; and by completing my registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined above.
