Seminar Terms & Conditions

1. The Undersigned, on my own behalf and on behalf of my child, legal representatives, administrators, executors, successors and assigns, hereby acknowledge and agree that I shall be liable for and indemnify and waive and hold Rising Sun Taekwon Do Society, the IATFC, the ITF, the CTFI, and any other governing body, and their respective officers, directors, instructors, members, representatives, volunteers, guests and other participants harmless against all losses, costs, damages, expenses and legal fees which any such parties may suffer, sustain, pay or incur directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with the provision of the activities and services contemplated hereunder on account of bodily injury to or death of me, or damage to, or loss of or damage to any of my property; and, in addition, indemnify such parties from and against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, expenses and legal fees whatsoever which may be brought against or suffered by me, my child or which either or both of us may sustain, pay or incur, directly or indirectly arising from, or in connection with the activities or services contemplated hereunder on account of bodily injury to or death of me, or loss of or damage to any of my property.

2. The Undersigned acknowledges and agrees that the activities contemplated in connection with this release, waiver and assumption of risk agreement include, but are not limited to, taekwon do tournament and associated activities and that such activities involve inherent risks that may cause serious injury and possibly death as well as possible loss of or damage to property.

3. I acknowledge and agree to fully understanding the risks and dangers associated with the nature of these activities and accept the same entirely at my own risk and I assume the risk on behalf of my child.

4. I acknowledge and agree that the release, waiver, liabilities and indemnities set forth herein shall apply without limit and without regard to cause or causes, including, without limitation, the negligence, whether sole, concurrent, gross, active, passive, primary or secondary, or the willful act or omission, of Rising Sun Taekwon Do Society, the IATFC, the ITF, the CTFI, and any other governing body, and their respective officers, directors, instructors, members, representatives, volunteers, guests and other participants or any other persons or otherwise.

5. All information on this entry sheet as well as pictures, videos, stories, or other items obtained during this event may be used in promotion of this organization or its parent organization.

6. I acknowledge and agree that I have read and understood this agreement and understand that this agreement contains a promise not to bring any claim or action against Rising Sun Taekwon Do

Society, the IATFC, the ITF, the CTFI, and any other governing body, and their respective officers, directors, instructors, members, representatives, volunteers, guests and other participants and will be construed as a release, waiver and indemnity for all claims.
